I am very pleased to report that I have been offered an Associate Lecturer contract at Manchester Metropolitan University for the coming year.

As 2012-13, I will be teaching Contextual Studies to art and design undergraduates.

I was actually a student here myself between 1988 and 1990, when it was still Manchester Polytechnic. I studied for a Diploma of Higher Education in Interdisciplinary Studies. It was a mix-and-match kind of course. I studied mostly arts-related units, plus Philosophy, Literature and Technology, as a kind of substitute Foundation Course, before heading off to Exeter (University of Plymouth) for my Bachelor Degree.
